(CINCINNATI, OHIO) - Eleven national champions were crowned on Friday night at the 2010 Under-19 National Championships in Cincinnati, Ohio. Ten men's final round bouts and one female championship contest took place on the final day of competition at the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati. John Renken and the program from Clarksville, TN has recently lost their amateur boxing coach due a US Army transfer to another duty location. They have about 15 competitors and have recently been awarded a position within the city for At Risk Children for Gang Violence and are currently in the process of finishing a relationship with the County system for Juvenile offenders. They're looking for a new coach from outside the area. They are specifically looking for someone who can relate to the inner city/ gang culture and help lead these children into another life, one that will be a benefit to them as well as others.
